Life coaches partner with their clients and assist them in discovering what it is that they want in all aspects of their lives, to design and create a more balanced and fulfilling future. Partnering with a coach is a process of self-discovery and becoming aware of answers that lie within you, which provide a chance to illuminate your hopes, dreams, gifts, and strengths, allowing you to explore new possibilities.
A focused, enthusiastic coaching relationship will bring clarity and provide the impetus when you are ready to make a commitment to yourself and to the life that you envision. This path of discovery is more enjoyable with a coach who you feel comfortable with, who will really listen, and who believes in you and wants you to succeed. Through exercises of exploration and action plans—with accountability to help keep you on track—you will be supported and guided to take the necessary steps to move you in the direction of your dreams and desires. You will move toward your own authenticity one exciting step at a time!

What should I expect?
I offer the first session free of charge, to allow you to discover if coaching is right for you and if we are a good fit working together. Before we meet for the first time, I will provide you with an intake form to help you prepare for our first session. We will then discuss the areas of your life you would like coaching with and chose one to start. Subsequent sessions will be based off of the chosen area, and through exploration, visualization, support and brainstorming, we will develop action plans to meet your goals.
How often should sessions be done? How many sessions do I need?
Depending on your intention and situation, we will meet 2-4 times a month. While life coaching is not designed to continue long term it is usually wise to plan on meeting over a period of three months. This allows for the intentional development of plans and ongoing motivation to implement them.
How long do sessions last?
A typical session lasts anywhere from 45-90 minutes.
